What Separates Gold from Silver

A brief comment about the Winter Olympics that just wrapped-up yesterday. 

 

So here it is ... Look at what separates Gold from Silver in many events.

• Canada winds Gold by beating the USA by one goal in overtime
• The winner of the Men's 50KM Cross-Country race won by 3 Tenths of a second (after a 50KM race!)
• The USA won Gold in the Men's 4 Man Bobsled by 4 Tenths of a second
• Bode Miller, Lindsey Vonn, Apolo Anton Ohno ... All won Gold by FRACTIONS OF A SECOND ... And the list could go on

The message is ... it's that extra degree (remember 212 degrees) that separates the best from the rest - you can see it in the faces of every athlete that gets Silver ... So what you can you do today to give that extra degree, that extra effort, to win your gold!?
